Increasingly, elementary schools are taking a proactive approach to foster an environment inclusive of all children. Learning how to supportively address gender identity and expression within the elementary school classroom is crucial to help gender-nonconforming children thrive. Our Kindergarten and Grade 1 programs are tailored to the age and individual to give each student the tools they need to gain authentic confidence, emotional intelligence, curiosity, and humanity. During this 30 minute webinar, educators from our early elementary team will discuss how the social-emotional skills are explicitly taught to our youngest learners. Hear examples from the classroom that demonstrate how our curriculum and program honor childhood and reach each child where they are.
