Thank you for your interest in learning more about our community, where each child is known and celebrated for their unique voice. Trinity’s size creates a unique opportunity for classes and educators to meet the needs of students as individuals.
Trinity School is excited to offer new and innovative ways to safely and meaningfully share our nearly 6-acre Elementary Campus and intentionally right-sized Early Childhood Campus with you.
We manage event sign-ups and applications through the web-based portal Ravenna. Please create a Ravenna account to gain access to admissions events and our enrollment application. You may visit the Admission Checklist to see how to get started.

Early Childhood Program

Create a Ravenna Account to Inquire and Schedule a Virtual Information Session
We offer monthly Virtual Information Sessions to introduce your family to our program and teaching philosophies. During the Virtual Information Session, you will hear from our Director of Early Childhood Campus about the Early Childhood Program. We require all families to attend a Virtual Information Session before they can sign up to visit our campus in person.

Attend an In-person Campus Visit
We offer multiple opportunities (October-January) to visit the Early Childhood Campus. Groups are limited to ten families per visit, and we kindly request that parents only attend. We will offer additional opportunities for students to visit the campus later in the application process.

Submit an Application
Complete an application before the deadline of January 19, 2024, for eligibility to attend a playgroup. Applications are completed using your Ravenna account.

Student Evaluation from Previous School
You will send a secure and private teacher recommendation form to your child’s current/prior school through Ravenna. This is a required step for an application to be considered complete.

Attend a Playgroup with Your Child
Bring your child for an informal playgroup with the Early Childhood Campus Director and teachers. For this step, your family must have submitted a completed application. We will reach out with an invitation to register for a playgroup.

Attend a Virtual Parent Interview
The Director of Enrollment Management and Matriculation will meet with each applicant for a virtual session to learn more about what interests your family about our school/community.

Full-Day Shadow Visit and One-on-One Evaluation (K-5 Applicants)
We invite your child/ren to spend a day with their current grade level to experience a day in the life of a Trinity student. During their visit, they will complete an evaluation that consists of an informal conversation about their favorite books/activities, plus to complete a standardized assessment tool (WIATT II).

Attend a Playgroup (Kindergarten Applicants)
Kindergarten applicants will meet with our fun and engaging teachers and administrators for a group activity. While children participate in their playgroup, our Director of Enrollment Management and Matriculation will meet with parents to answer questions. For this step, your family must have submitted a completed application. We will reach out with an invitation to register for a playgroup.
